Very excited for you. I am preparing my case here in Michigan. I just called MRT Services - they have now changed their name to MRT Babble Type. I talked to Julie Suttles and she was very open with telling me the latest. We do have to sue Laurie & Henry Sossa personally to get the funds, as they have now 'sold' the company. They say they sent an email, but I did not recieve it as of yet. Just wondering if your lawsuit was personally suing her, or if it was for MRT services as a company. danetterohrer989@aol.com
Hi, I also worked for MRT. They owe me over $3000.00! I live in Wisconsin so I can't go to Georgia to sue them. PLEASE HELP!!!
Wow ... I've been trying to get my measly little $800 (2008 invoices dating back to May, 2008) since March of this year and just found out today they hired a different attorney back in June. Just left him a message, but don't feel very hopeful. I'm not even sure it's worth it any more, other than the principal of doing work and not getting paid for it.
Oh my, why didn't I try harder earlier this year and find all of this??? I am owed $1312.50 and have been trying to go through the lawyer since about September. He is telling me I could get 15% of the bill. What an insult!!! I have never received any communications from the attorney or MRT to even know what's going on. The new owner of MRT BabbleType told me about the bankrupcty. I see most of the posts are from earlier this year. Has anyone had any success in obtaining funds in the last couple of months?
